TMX Global LLC — Compliance & Representation Agreement

This Compliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between TMX Global LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned (“Representative”), and is effective as of the date signed below.

1. Representation Guidelines
   Representative agrees not to represent TMX Global LLC as a Multi‑Level Marketing (MLM) company under any circumstances. Any such mischaracterization will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
2. Use of Marketing Materials
   Only Company‑approved marketing materials and presentation slides are permitted for use in any public or private representation of TMX Global LLC’s products, services, or platform. Representative may not alter, edit, or distribute any marketing or presentation content without prior written consent from the Company.
3. Unauthorized Use and Legal Accountability
   Any unauthorized use, modification, or dissemination of the Company’s materials, brand, or service claims—verbally or in writing—may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to civil action for damages and injunctive relief.
4. Misrepresentation
   Any false, misleading, or inaccurate statements made about TMX Global LLC, its services, partnerships, licensing, or platform structure will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal liability.
